Special Features
A family owned hotel with wonderful oriental flavor. This used to be the private villa of a magnate (Benigno Crespi) and was built in 1880 as a homage to the Orient and it is indeed exotic. The hotel is surrounded by a wonderful, lush park shaded by old pine trees and receptions are possible outside under tents, weather permitting. The restaurant and cuisine is renown and receptions here are refined; to match the surroundings. We love the service which is 5 stars and the incredible décor of the rooms with its romantic canopy beds and amazing marble bathrooms (very large!).
Imagine stepping outside into an antique carriage drawn by white horses and driver in full livery! You will be whisked to one of the majestic churches or an elegant villa on the lake for your civil wedding. Lake Orta is one of the finest wedding destinations in Italy!
