There are two incredibly beautiful wedding halls for ceremonies in grand Renaissance wedding style and we consider them among the finest in Italy at a fraction of the cost of the wedding halls in Venice and Florence, but equally beautiful.
Majestic medieval walls encircle the town. Its production of majolica ceramics started in the Middle Ages and by the time of the Renaissance reached world-wide fame. Even some of the buildings are faced with the beautiful tiles and the street signs are ceramic plaques. You can visit the ceramic artisan shops all over the town offering a huge assortment of wares.
If you are fortunate enough to plan your wedding in a weekend from June through September, every fourth Sunday of each month a festival of Ceramics is celebrated to discover new creations and do some shopping.
Nearby are some beautiful villas, restaurants and elegant farmhouses to celebrate a superb reception. Brisighella, just south of Faenza, is a spa town with a romantic 14th century castle. The town is quite picturesque with lovely arcaded main streets.
The seaside resort of Rimini is only 40 miles away and the nearby city of Bologna offers an international airport to fly into with your wedding party.
